About
About me
I am a digital communications professional who believes that the best marketing strategies are rooted in hard data and real human connection.
Background
My career didn’t start in a traditional marketing agency; it started on the sales floor and in corporate operations. Working in high-volume consultative sales in the Canadian FinTech and telecommunications sectors taught me exactly what drives consumer behavior. During my time at Neo Financial, I was recognized as a #1 national salesperson for conversion rates. I learned how to analyze customer needs, execute complex contracts, and close the deal with a 100% success rate. At Walmart Corporate, my background in HR operations taught me the importance of rigorous data management and identifying trends to improve systemic accuracy.
I recently formalized my expertise by completing the Digital Communication Management program in London, Ontario, which perfectly complements my previous Graduate Certificate in Film and Multiplatform Storytelling.
Beyond my corporate roles, I am the founder of 4isto3, a media production and event services company. Running my own business allows me to stay hands-on with the creative side of the industry—managing end-to-end brand storytelling, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, and driving organic engagement through SEO and targeted multimedia campaigns.
